DonorsChoose.org is looking for a data-driven product manager to play a critical role in improving our product experience. As our sole PM, you’ll work closely with our entire team (including designers, developers, user research,
and customer service) throughout the product lifecycle to prioritize features, drive product development, and iterate to deliver an incredible experience to our teachers and donors. Our ideal candidate loves data analytics and seeing projects through to the
finish.
About you
- 4+ years of web & mobile product management experience
- Excellent project management skills & attention to detail, but can see the big picture
- Data, data, data - you pull it out of disparate systems yourself and bring analyses to every conversation
- Exceptional communication skills - able to share opinions & debate (strong beliefs, loosely held)
- Tech-savvy - comfortable in detailed conversations with developers, quick to pick-up new tools
- Self-starter, eager to learn, excited to solve hard problems
- Strong self-management skills & ability to work independently
- E-commerce background a plus
