Announcing a new Meetup for Florida Trail - Panhandle Chapter!
What: Hike at Garden of Eden

10 April - Garden of Eden. The Flower Hike was delayed two weeks until 24 April. On 10 April (next Saturday), we instead plan a trip to the Garden of Eden trail in Bristol, just east of the Apalachicola River. We'll meet at the Winn Dixie parking lot in Lynn Haven at 8 am. This is a 3.5 mile hike past ancient steepheads, ending with a stunning view of the Apalachicola River. Lots of up-and-down hiking. This hike could be a great flower hike, since the habitat diversity here is so high. Bring camera, water, sunscreen, and bug repellent.
