Met with a seller and one of my students last night at the sellers rental house. We are buying her rental house on a lease-option, my student is investing $299, and will make over $3,000. Can anyone tell me what the ROI (Return on investment) on that is? I will be doing a National Conference Call Every Month (and recording it) with my students, going over deals we are "DOING" and having them share about how much they are learning by DOING DEALS!
