Looking for a WordPress consultant

I've been blogging using WordPress.com for two years now, but want to go to the next level with my recently acquired WP.org web space.  I'm an experienced software developer by trade (Java and Oracle) but new to the WP platform.  I'd like to establish a mentor/junior programmer relationship to assist me in getting over the rough spots (finding the right plugins, etc).  Any face-to-face meetings would probably take place weekends/evenings.  Just contact me to discuss per hour rate, etc.
