Requirements/Responsibilities:

·         Solve problems and create solutions by producing great architecture, design, application and user experience, with scalable high performance and easy to maintain codes

·         Full life cycle software development, both new products, enhancement and maintenance of existing products

·         Collaborate with IT staffs to ensure best practices in design, development, quality assurance, documentation and deployment

·         Scoping, estimation, planning and execution of plans to ensure deliverables meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust/respect; Self-motivated and accountable

·         Immediate responsibilities include the continuing development and maintenance of multiple web applications based on PHP, Ruby on Rails and MySQL

Required Qualification or Skills:

·         Advanced web development with PHP and capable of handling the entire development project alone or in a small team environment

·         Advanced database design, implementation and programming with MySQL, MS SQL and general SQL language

·         Advanced JavaScript, JQuery and other JavaScript/Ajax frameworks; HTML/CSS developments for multiple browser supports

·         GIT and SVN source code version controls

·         Linux/FreeBSD, Windows Server 2003/2008 and Windows workstations

·         MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

·         Multitasking and collaborative; Proactive approach to problem resolution; Willingness and ability to immediately adapt to changes in business requirements;

·         Results driven with demonstrated track record of full life cycle product development

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Attention to details and documentation

Additional Nice to have Skills (A PLUS):

·         Zend Framework

·         Ruby on Rails
