Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, and have a wonderful Kwanzaa, also have a very prosperous 2012. I would like to take the time to thank everyone in Photographers and Digital Artists of Los Angeles for their pursuit and appreciation of the art of imaging. PDA Los Angeles now has been designated as one of the oldest photography group in the meet up community and I appreciate everyone's efforts at making it one of the best meet up groups around. It's all about communication and I have met some of the greatest people in the world who embrace photography and life by way of this group.
PMA@CES January 10-13 in Las Vegas with 35 football fields worth of information. For anyone whose going and haven't booked their rooms the prices are going up very fast.
I have one reservation I am about to release e-mail me and we can switch the reservation over to you, the room was booked prior to premium prices.

The public is invited to come and experience the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve during community open houses on the third Saturday of every month. The open houses feature guided tours and information about the plants and wildlife of the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve as well as information regarding volunteer and internship opportunities. Wetland focused crafts and activities are provided for children.

Each year since 1959 the Arts Commission has produced a free Holiday Celebration on December 24th on behalf of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Community and professional choirs, music ensembles, and dance companies representing the diverse cultures and holiday traditions of LA County perform in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion at the Music Center while the program is broadcast live on KCET. More than 7,000 people attend the program each year and about a million Southern Californian households tune into the live broadcast.
This year the 52nd Annual Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration will be held Saturday, December 24, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. The program will be televised live on KCET. Both the event and parking are free to the public.
