Speaker: Jude Huntz, Director of Human Rights for the Catholic Diocese in KC & ST JOE.

In light of the questionable execution of Troy Davis in Georgia and presidential candidate Rick Perry bragging about his executions while governor of Texas, the issue of the death penalty has taken center stage in the national conversation. This issue unites a wide variety of people on both sides of the issue. The Catholic Church has taken an oppositional stance against the death penalty, forming alliances with groups who ordinarily do not agree with the Catholic Church on other issues. Join us as we explore this issue, as well as an update on the current scandal of Shawn Ratigan that cripples the local Catholic Church. Jude.
