Some find this easier to digest than chickpea hummus. It?s not as thick, but it?s very tasty.

5 cups Zucchini, peeled and chopped
?
1/2 cup Tahini ( copper, Manganese)

4 Gloves Garlic
??
1/2? cup Lemon Juice
?
?1/2 cup Olive Oil
?
1/2 tsp. Paprika

1/8 tsp. Cayenne ( vitamin A, C &K)

1 1/2 tsp. Himalania Salt? ? ?

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
