ok thanks for the book buying offer...   yes i'd appreciate a copy i guess it will be under $15?  and Cheese Pizza works for me i'm vegetarian i will uderwrite a big cheese one if everyone else prefers meated ones. and i will swing past marcs and pick up a bag or two of left over halloween candy..any preferrences? What goes best with pizza?
