Venue Comments:
There were several comments made about venue and we have summarized them below. Generally, we thought the space was nice but was a bit too small for our growing group. We loved the staff but service was a little slow at times. After it got dark outside, the lighting was raised to a decent level but the fans seemed to interfere causing a few people to become uncomfortable. We were also very disappointed that there were no alcohol beverages what so ever (not even beer?) The smoothies and the various dishes we tried were good but a few people weren?t able to eat at all because there were no vegetarian options on the food menu. 

Only three people left comments in this section of ballot. Apparently ?We Rock!? and one just has a smiley kinda like this ^^ The only negative comment was ?Not enough food choices?

It looks like in general, most people were just okay with this venue. It looks as if we were more disappointed by the lack of alcoholic beverages than anything else. Wow, we sound like a bunch of lushes!  I think it was Benjamin Franklin who said, ?Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.? I personally will agree, in that I do enjoy hanging with friends and sharing a drink or two. 

We may consider Maui Wowi as a possible location for eventual groups of smaller groups like a ?Scrabble night? or something similar. It probably won?t work as a permanent location for the East Bay Board Gamers.
