Dear Intuitive Communicator,

Wow!  Have you noticed how quickly life has been changing lately?  I sure have!

As many of you know, our Circles and Workshops have been meeting at my office in Frisco.  Recently, due to a corporate decision, I abruptly lost my office which was located at The Vintage Apartments.   The manager informed me that their Corporate Office had decided they wanted a Valet Dry Cleaners in the space and since I didn't have a written lease, they felt they could take it from me without proper written notice.  And even though my face reddened with angry frustration, I could tell it was very difficult for the manager and leasing staff to give me this bad news.  They have all been very kind to me this past

At first, I was devastated to lose the space!  Even though many of our sessions are over phone, at events and as visits to your home, we seemed to be using this office space more and more for classes, groups and private sessions.  Immediately, after leaving the manager's office, I took a deep breath and jumped into my car.  It felt like the bottom was falling out from under me!  Where would we meet now?  I felt stunned, like I needed a shoulder to cry on, so I called my sister.  She invited me to come over which I planned to do right away, except something told me to drive around a particle neighborhood called King's Garden in Frisco.

I saw a rental sign and called. The man answered the phone right and I asked the rental price, but it was too high.  When asking him if he was negotiable, he told me 'no' in a grumpy sort of voice and that I wouldn't find anything cheaper than his home in that particular neighborhood.  I felt fear in the pit of my stomach, but continued to drive the neighborhood.

Then, I saw a hand written rental sign in the front of a lovely one-story home.  It was like there was a light around this house!  I called immediately!  The sign had just been put up that very day.  The rental price he quoted me was a bit higher than I had planned (but less expensive than the prior man had quoted), and this new landlord seemed to be willing to negotiate with me.  He seemed to smile at me over the phone.  I started feeling hope!

On Saturday morning, right before our Animal Communication Gallery he called me to say he had a renter that would pay $150.00 more per month than I had offered.  He told me he preferred me to the other renter, (for referrals, he had read all of my testimonials on my web site) but they needed an answer in the next 30 minutes.  I told him I wanted the home and believed I could give my current landlord only a 30 day notice instead of the 60 days my lease required, which turned out to be true!

Now, the result is that I have a lovely new spacious home where I'm able to have our Circles, Workshops and a lovely Mediation Studio for private sessions!  It has a fenced in yard with a doggie door for my best boy Buddy, also!  I'll be moving in on September 1st!

The funny thing is this wonderful man and his wife are from my home state of Wisconsin.  He asked me if as a 'Horse Whisperer' I would be having any horses in his living room, I teasingly replied, "No, only a few Dairy Cows!"  He made me raise my right hand right then and promise I would not.  Then we both laughed uproariously!  They are such kind people and I feel so blessed!

The lesson I have learned is that we can get stuck grieving over a 'Closed Door'.  Or, we can open our hearts to find the next 'Open Door' and walk right in through it!  Our good is always seeking to find us!
