4th Edition D&D game forming

A friend and I are looking for one or two more players for a 4th edition game starting within the next week or two. We're looking for people with a stable schedule (since I have a rotation shift work schedule) that plans to be in the area for a while. Having a colorful character while being focused on the game and the ability to keep te game moving are very valuable skills. Being a non-smoker is a bonus.
