Good question. Both the order of the questions and their corresponding answer choices get scrambled. It adds a lot more diversity and change.

Eli, in addition to what Bill said, which I think would be the largest constraint on your system, look into making a tablet-friendly version of your software. This looks like something tailor-made for an iPad/Nexus 10.

A big challenge (imo) in this day and age of low pay and performance-based incentives for teachers and school principals, is that the temptation is too much for some teachers, and they will game the system to inflate their students' grades.  Any system that gives the teacher or administrator control over grading records is open to this kind of fraud.

 If your service could include capability to detect and prevent that form of fraud, it would become a blockbuster.

Also, I would check market research on penetration of smart phones among teachers. If it looks promising, be sure to enable mobile access to this service.
