Announcing a new event for Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS)!

Event Description: Our June speaker is John Bissell, a principal of HBA Design Group, LLC. John has worked in land use and environmental planning for 18 years. His experience includes water resource planning, rural planning and urban planning, with eight years as a senior planner for the City of Edmonds. John's private sector experience includes project management, permitting & site planning, with specialization in plan review and entitlements.
The hallmark of HBA Design Group is problem solving. They are known in the industry for finding workable, economically viable solutions to seemingly impossible development problems. They know how to think outside of convention, and how to bring the local agencies along with the new ideas.
John will discuss the processes, pitfalls and profits that can be had in development. REAPS members who are PHP (Professional Housing Provider) candidates can earn a MUCH needed 2.0 Clock Hours in Local Regulations!
