Hi Meetup Member,

We are expecting a nice turnout of forty or more for this Saturday?s (Jan. 24th, 6-9 pm) vegan potluck with a lecture on "HEALTHY DIGESTION: DETOX WITH FOOD" by Kasia Kines, a licensed nutritionist who specializes in the digestive system. Please RSVP if you can and let me know whether you?d like to bring a vegan dish to share or if you?d prefer to pay for dinner. Please see the Earthsave Baltimore site at http://earthsavebaltimore.org/ for other events and lots more information on healthier eating.

And if you do attend, be sure to pick up a free copy of Baltimore Vegetarian Restaurant Guide, which will be on the large round table near the center of the hall. And if you have any used inkjet or toner cartridges, please bring them with you to donate to our nonprofit, which collects a fee for each cartridge we recycle.

There is also info below on next month?s lecture, which will feature a talk by On Purpose Woman publisher Ginny Robertson about one of my favorite topics, ?Being the Change that we Wish to See in the World.? Ginny will share some ideas and lead a discussion on steps we can take to put those principles into action.

Hope to see you soon!

Peace, Don Robertson
