Announcing a new Meetup for Saint Louis Volunteer Group!

What: Selling Raffle Tickets fbo Friends of Kids at the Blues Game this Friday Night

When: Friday, October 22,[masked]:00 PM

Where: Scottrade Center
1401 Clarke Ave.
St. Louis, MO 63103

This just in....

We need volunteers to go down to the Blues game on Friday night and sell raffle tickets before the game and between the first and second periods. We need 20 people total. You would have to meet in front of the executive offices of Scottrade Center at 5:00 p.m. (No later than 5:15) As you face the center, the offices are on the left, between the building and the parking garage.

The game is probably sold out, but you can stand in standing room areas to watch. Each volunteer will be given a ticket to a future game.

If you can help us with this, please email me or call the Friends office,[masked] as soon as possible. Thanks for your help!

The cause...

Friends was founded in 1992 by Jill Turec, a Developmental Specialist, along with Molly Henry and Suzie Snowden, who were parents of children in treatment who witnessed their kids struggles and saw the need for diversions in their lives.

Friends of Kids with Cancer is unique:

?The entire family unit benefits from our services
?All money raised through events, grants and donations stays in the St. Louis Community
?Focuses on the importance of these special kids and their families getting through TODAY
?Fills in the gaps from treatment to make each child WHOLE again
