Hey guys,
I just want to reiterate the fact that I'm only taking over as Organizer so Heath and I don't both have to pay meetup fees. His role will still stay the same even though his title will change on the site. If you have ideas/questions/concerns about the group you can come to me but you should also still feel free to go to Heath. We're both here to help foster and facilitate the group and that won't change.

Austin Writers: Due to financial strain, I will be needing to let go of my Organizers-level meetup membership at the end of October. Austin Writers will continue: Meghan, who also has an Organizers-level membership, is going to take over administration.
She and I have talked, and I will continue to organize writers meetups through the group as a co-organizer. I am aiming to start again with a more casual arrangement at Cafe Caffeine, and projecting the next one to be either Oct 31 or the week after.
She is also fine with me continuing to do the more intensive workshops, and so I will. Thanks, Meghan. I will be re-working the material from the Worldbuilding workshops to focus on a repeatable workshop centered on dislodging writers' block through some of the techniques we explored in the worldbuilding workshops.
Thanks, all, for your understanding during a transition. Weekend meetups will back in motion soon!
