WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By signing up for a B.E.E.R. event, you agree that the event host(s), B.E.E.R.: Beer Experimenters and Enthusiasts (BEER) organizers, our business partners including event venues,  and Meetup.com shall not be held liable for incidents on the way to, on the way from, or during an event. Incidents include but are not limited to the following: traffic accidents, traffic violations, personal injury, financial loss, injury to another person, personal illness damage to personal property or vehicle. If you are bringing a guest to the meetup, they must sign a written waiver of liability in order to attend. BEER encourages drinking responsibly. Drunk driving will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the group. BEER and event hosts and organizers will not be held personally or financially liable for changes to events including: location changes, changes in cost to attend, event cancellations.

General event note: You do not need to arrive at a meetup at the start of an event unless noted in the invitation (letting us know is appreciated however). As long as you find us during the event timeframe, you will be counted as attended. If you would like to bring guests that are not marked as 1+ in your RSVP, that is great, the more the merrier! You may have to help find additional seating as needed. 

No Show Policy:
If you have RSVPd as "I'm going" but you do not let us know during or after the event, this is considered a "no-show". Just let us know so we are not saving seats, posting updates on our location, trying to contact you via Meetup or look for you during the event. A "no show" will be changed to "didn't go" if you contact us after the event. We understand that life happens but it is also important to be respectful of other members of the group as well as our event hosts and event venues who are expecting you. 2 no-shows will result in removal from the group at the discretion of the Organizer.
