Have you seen the summer issue of Solstice Green Directory? My mom likes to read it and I happen to look through it at her house today.
There is an article called "What's Your Food's Water Footprint?" naming animal agriculture as the biggest users of water. There is an easy recipe for vegan ice cream. There is an article about the sales of meatless meats rising ("consumers are embracing vegan products like never before.") Also an article, "Kids and Vegan Diets."
