This group is for those who presently practice or want to learn Yang lineage Cheng Man Ch'ing's Tai Chi Chuan Simplified Form. We focus on the heath benefits, martial and spiritual aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. We strive to be a full Tai Chi curriculum school within the CMC Yang tradition, teaching the 37 movement short form, fixed and stepping push hands, two person practice sets, Da Lu and San Shou and Jian (Sword) form.
