Time for us to shift into our Summer schedule of beat-the-heat events!  Let's keep in practice with our cameras, even if it's too hot to photowalk during the day.  For this event, we will do a 2-week long scavenger hunt using the GooseChase phone app!

About the 2017 Scavenger Hunt

Just like with previous scavenger hunts, we will be doing a lot of our fun with smart phones.  This year, we will be gathering into 5 teams of 5 people.  I have created 100 tasks, challenges, and locations -- each one with a different point value.  

With a 3-week deadline, your team won't have time to do all 100 missions, but the more you do, the higher your team scores!

Each mission is performed once per team.  So you can divide up the missions among your teammates based on your personal interests, you don't have to do all 100 by yourself!

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY $2??

To reduce the no-shows.  A team with no-shows will be unfairly handicapped in the game.  We want to make sure folks that sign up are really going to participate!  If you have questions about how payments work, see the Payments FAQ in our "Pages" section.

What do we win?

Getting Started

We will gather at Grafitti's to pick your teammates.  There may even be some of the missions at Grafitti's, so you will get a head start on everyone else!  Please download the Goosechase app for your iPhone or Android device.  The links for the app are here: https://www.goosechase.com

Example Missions

• MISSION BLACKOUT: Photograph a silhouetted object or person.

• MISSION HAND TO HAND: Photograph a portrait of two people doing a high-five

• MISSION BUSTED: Photograph an HPD car with it's lights flashing.

• MISSION STAY OUT LATE: Photograph a beautiful sunset over trees.

• MISSION UNDERFOOT: Photographically tell a person's story by photographing just their shoes.

And Bonus Points are Available!!

Special bonus points will be awarded to submissions that are photographically artistic and unique -- so no "snapshots", this event is to help gain skills and practice what we love!!  :)

Event Rules

Pick a team (Red, Orange, Purple, Blue or Green).  

Review the 100 Missions and start checking them off.  

Game ends at 6pm of June 24th.
