The only issue with Boston is the cost of Logan. I had a meeting in the Seaport district (right across from Logan), and I thought I'd fly up. Then when I looked into landing fees and parking, it worked out to nearly $500 for the day. MassPort is less than friendly to GA. Even JFK would only be $25 for 8 hours.

Does anyone in the club qualify as a flight taxi service?  I still haven't
completed my license, so flying myself around is not currently an option.
If someone in the group had a flight service, I might be able to finagle a
way to have them fly me up to Boston for a 1 day meeting.  In fact, my
meeting is only 1 hr in length. If they were also a CFI, that would just add
icing to the cake.

This is mainly why I want to get my license.  I have so many of these trips,
it would be advantageous to fly myself, but I digress ;-)

Again, I don't know if I can work out the billing/costs, but it would be a
worthwhile conversation. Let me know your thoughts.
