Just wanted to let you know, in case you missed it, that the Atlanta Code camp is coming on August 24. It’s the largest developer community event in the Atlanta area, they are hoping to pull[masked] people. It’s basically a free event, with a small fee to cover lunch. There’s a lot of great topics to choose from, and an excellent opportunity to hang out with fellow developers and even win prizes.

There’s a call for speakers open now, through July 15. If you’d like to talk about HTML5 development or other topics, feel free to submit a session! A benefit of being a speaker is you get to attend the speaker dinner and network with other great presenters.

Have a look at the sessions page at the bottom for an idea of the topic areas. http://atlantacodecamp.com/2013/Sessions It might seem very Microsoft focused but that’s just based on who submitted in the past. An HTML5 talk will be welcome here!
