The ASU Nutrition Program is recruiting healthy Vegetarians, 18-50 years of age (and only those who are not competitive athletes), who have adhered to a vegetarian diet for at least one year - to examine the benefits of dietary supplementation on vegetarians. The program consists of an 8-week trial (though you can quit at any time), and you will receive $120 for your efforts.

OCTOBER 5, 2018 IS THE LAST DAY FOR AN INITIAL LAB VISIT.

Participation includes:
•Two visits to the Nutrition Building (ABC1) at the downtown ASU campus (near 5th Street and Van Buren)
•Participation also includes completing health and lifestyle questionnaires, body composition assessments, and strength measurements (testing results will be provided to participants on request including bone health)
•Consuming nutrition supplements daily for 8 weeks (~200 calories - supplements are provided at no cost)
