[Ashburn-Chess-Club] Loudoun Valley Amateur Chess Tournament

Hello Ashburn Chess Club members,

This Sunday, we will have the 1st Loudoun Valley Amateur chess tournament . The tournament will promptly start at 10 am. There will be only 1 section U900. 

For those already registered, it is advisable to be there at least 15 minutes before  start. For those who want to play but not yet registered,  on site registrations will be from 9 am to 9:30 am.

Players should bring their own clocks as none will be supplied. Also please bring your own pens/pencils to write down the moves. The players can use their own score sheets or use those available at the club.

All the rounds will have same time control G30 d5 so please make sure to set your clocks correctly to avoid delays during the tournament as the rounds will start on time.

There will be a lunch break of about 30 minutes after the 2nd round. Pizza and juice will be available for purchase at site.
