I-5 is open to all traffic now. Right now there is a 1 hour backup and speek limit has been reduced to 50mph but it's open.? Should be cleared up fine if one wants to make the drive tomorrow morning. http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/trafficalerts/default.aspx?route=I-5&view=main&action=3
