I have recently become the organizer for the Women's Small Business Meetup Group! Being a small business owner myself, I understand the need for quality network groups that don't charge a fortune for like minded people to get together and socialize. I am taking a liability and assuming that as you joined this group in the past, you feel the same way that I do!

I am looking for a little feedback before I go ahead and schedule the first "new" Meetup. It looks like previously there were online meetings held. I am proposing the following things:

• We have an in person meeting held at a local venue
  
• We have a relaxed casual forum with time for people to introduce themselves and speak about their business
  
• Members bring business cards and brochures to share with others
  

I am a member of another group with a similar format that works very well and is a favorite to attend, mainly because of the relaxed atmosphere. What I would like to know from you is:

• Where do you propose we hold the meetings?
  
• What time works best for you?
