Fellow Pub Crawlers,

My friend Chris organizes trip to Sundance Film Festival every year. They ski/snowboard, eat great food, drink (of course), watch movies, spot celebrities, and basically have a grand time. I always wanted to go and this year I finally decided to join them. Would anyone in our pub group be interested in going too?

1.WHEN: Sundance closing weekend:
Jan. 23 (Wednesday) - Jan. 27 (Sunday) - leaving Wed night and coming back on Sunday night
(Note: Monday Jan 21 is MLK Holiday)

5. COSTS: We take credit, checks, american dollars and firstborns.

This trip will cost approximately $[masked] per person all inclusive: air/hotel/transportation/lift tickets/food. This is 4-days of skiing, 4-dinners, 4-nights lodging and transportation.

6. DEADLINES:

These are our critical dropdead dates:

Mid-Nov to Jan 5: register for movie festival tickets
Dec 1: book airfare
Dec 16: reserve hotels and transportation
Jan 6: arrange VIP group package for ski resorts
