Job Listing, Big Conference Update, and New Monthly Meetings

No Conference in 2019

We all love our Madison PHP Conference, but this year, we have decided to try something a bit different. Instead of holding one two-day conference in the fall, we are going to be holding multiple workshops throughout the year. This will give us a chance to have more advanced content and make that content more hands-on.

In light of this, we want to make sure everyone still has the opportunity to attend a multi-day conference, though, so be sure to check out Midwest PHP Conference. Midwest PHP is put on by our good friends up in the Twin Cities on March 8th and 9th. With talks on topics like API's, async, best practices, security, testing, and more, this is a great conference to attend! There will also be opportunities to network with the other attendees and the speakers. All skill levels are welcome!

Midwest PHP is offering Madison PHP members an additional 10% off of ticket prices. To get your discount, go to: https://2019.midwestphp.org/register, click on "Enter promotional code" in the left corner of the ticket box, and enter:

Build It Together Series
We are going to build a project together! This project will focus on building a modern web-based To-Do List application. We will build it from scratch to a fully functioning modern application in just two 2-hour sessions.
April 18 - Build It Together: To-Do List - Part 1
