Just a reminder - I'll send out an updated version every two weeks or so, depending on the number of new people who want to be added to the list and/or the number of changes people have asked me to make on their entry.  If you don't here from me in two weeks, it means nobody else has asked to be added.

Also, please remember to not email the mailing list if all you want is to be added to the list, as it clogs up other peoples' email inboxes and ends up overtaking the meetup group's discussion section of the site!  Instead, if you want to be added to the list, or you want a change made to your own entry, please email me at my personal email address of [address removed].

Quick additional note - If you do email me to get added to the list, make the subject of your email "Add to Spreadsheet," so I know that's what you want.  I've gotten a few emails where it's not very clear, and I didn't put those people on (better safe than sorry).
