What percentage of sweat equity.

Say you partner with someone and each bring 50% capital. But your partner only bring their 50% and that's it. In addition to your half you also put in sweat equity to manage the project (e.g. Getting a contractor to develop the software, managing the dev cycle etc.)

How much extra percentage would you take for your sweat equity?
Would you do a 60%-40% (you get an extra 10% for putting in sweat equity) or else?

Is this a fair share or would you do it differently?

Let me know.

Thanks,

J.
