Announcing a new Meetup for The New York City Jazz Meetup Group!

What: Antoinette Montague

When: April 14,[masked]:45 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: We are going to the Bahai Center to hear Antoinette Montague! A few of you were lucky enough to see her at the Lady Got Chops Festival in Brooklyn. She was amazing. And now we get to hear her in Manhattan so I hope a lot more of you will join us.

Born and raised in Newark, Antoinette Montague considers Carrie Smith, Etta Jones, Della Griffin and Myrna Lake to be her mentors. Antoinette has worked extensively in the New York area during the past decade with such musicians as Bill Easley, Norman Simmons, Winard Harper, Wycliffe Gordon, Frank Wess, the Duke Ellington Orchestra and Mike Longo's New York State of the Arts Orchestra.

Cost is only 15 dollars! So please join us for this wonderful evening of song. You can call[masked] for tickets in advance or take your chance at the door!
