Sunrise and Sunset locations in Bay Area

Hi,

Now that I need to plan my trip to Panther beach or Davenport a bit
due to the safety concerns there, I'd like to see what everyone's
favorite sunrise/sunset spots in Bay Area are? Lets talk from Monterey
to Sausalito in the north. I am hoping there are other places as
beautiful as Panther/Hole-in-the-­wall beaches that are more safer to
venture out and go shooting. I'm looking for beaches, lakes, ponds,
with interesting stuff to compose, like rocks, etc.. Thanks in
advance.
