Joomla Migration Help IS Wanted

Hi PHP Seattle,
I have been trying to migrate my content from Joomla 1.0X to Joomla  
1.5X. The tables are different and I am having trouble importing the  
data into Joomla 1.5.
If anyone knows Joomla and how to migrated my content into the new  
database, your help would be appreciated.
