Remember the Seattle City Council member, Jan Drago, the one who set-up all of the off-leash dog areas back in the early 1990s?  She's running for mayor of Seattle right now if anyone wants to know...if not, I'm sorry I brought it up!  She did a lot of good for the dogs, so she would probably be good for people too!
