Is learning to swim on your bucket list?  It is for me :-)
One of our newest members, Tatiana (Tanya), is a professional swimming instructor at the New York Health and Racquet Club.
She wants to share her love for the waters by providing an individual 20 min. swimming lesson for anyone interested FREE of charge.
For beginners or advanced swimmers.
Time Slots are from 3 pm to 9 pm.

Bring your SMILE, a photo ID, swimming trunks, swimming googles, flip-flops and yourself.Donation of $2 is optional.
Bio:
Tanya Zarea, the founder of A to Z Swimming is a Russian-born professional swimmer, Olympic contender and an experienced instructor whose unique system cultivates her students’ abilities and motivates them to explore their swimming potential.
She is WSI Red-Cross certified, a professional rescuer CPR/AED and rehabilitation specialist. She created a company with a very friendly environment, energetic instructors who have training methods for people of all ages and fitness goals, ranging from introducing infants, children, and teens to the water, to training competitive swimmers, to assisting with weight loss and injury/arthritis rehabilitation.
