Axon VIBE was founded in 2014 by location technology veterans (Google Maps, Bing Maps, Endoxon, Multimap) and is operating in stealth mode. More information will be shared under NDA.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, a chance to have an integral role as the startup enters a new phase, join an energetic ‘growth hacking’ team. You will help us launch the beta release of our App to Norwich and beyond!

We are looking for a Growth Hacker with strong experience in rapid prototyping, marketing and engaging with end-users, to join our Growth Hacking team. You will join a cross-functional high performing organisation, which has skills in Business Strategy, Design, User Behaviour, Psychology and Technology integration. You will work with our senior stakeholders, strategic partners and our internal teams to establish key growth opportunities that can increase user base for our location-based contextual mobile app & platform.

You will be a creative and technical problem solver with the capability to run focus groups, surveys, 1:1 recorded tests, guerrilla testing and A/B testing.

We welcome experience in the following areas:

• Obtaining data insights from user metrics and recommending changes to optimise the user funnel.

• Gathering / analysing qualitative data.

• Start-up experience (or growth environment in an established company)

• Applying ‘growth hacks’ to build user communities

• Mobile apps

• Landing page design

• Pretotyping & Prototyping

• Desired skills include Sketch, HTML/CSS, Photoshop, JavaScript and Python.
