I would recommend that with the number of members we divide the cost equally. As well as adding a little more to build a slush fund. I am an event planner and work with groups similar to this and I would again recommend doing a quick and dirty fund raiser that is specific for supporting the Urban Triangle. I will see you tonight

The Urban Triangle Organizers are seeking your help in keeping this group going. I'm not sure if everyone is aware, but there is a biannual fee of $72 for Meetup to keep this group. In the past the organizers have been absorbing this cost internally. Well this time we're seeking your help. Please feel free to give a donation to any of the organizers at an event to help with this cost.
We're also seeking funds for future events, so we can continue to have an active and fun group!!
