Do you Love to Dance but hate to EXERCISE?  Come and join us and get the best of both worlds: DANCING & EXERCISING.   

DANCE & GET FIT CLASS is a total body workout that uses low to high impact Line Dances to stay in shape. No Dance experience...So what, come out and learn how to do the latest Beginners & Advanced Beginners to Advanced Line Dances. Class is FUN and the people are VERY NICE & FRIENDLY.  All Instructors are patient and easy to follow.

You'll get a great CARDIO workout while dancing and exercising to music you will love.   If you like to dance, but not so keen on exercising then this is the group to join. You do not have to get the steps perfect as long as you are willing to MOVE, SWEAT and have FUN!
