OK everyone, I realize the activity of this MeetUp group has been slim to none over the past year. What was initially a burst of local interest in the technology (last May the Inquirer was the first US paper to publish an AR edition), there have been no additional project initiatives or grassroots efforts. Yes, Google Goggles made a big splash earlier in the year, but we're at least 2 years from any mainstream AR developments. On the personal front, none of my current consulting clients are asking for any AR proposals.

If someone from the Group reading this message wants to step forward and assume leadership of the Group, just let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements. Otherwise I will let the renewal deadline (in 2 weeks) pass, and the Group will be delisted.
