Hi Karen

I’ll be out of town that week, so I’m hoping for another 2nd session the following week, which I volunteer to lead

I know we need to see how the RSVPs develop before adding another session.      Miriam

Hello book group members,

We'll discuss the novel Mrs. Lincoln’s Dressmaker by Jennifer Chiaverini at our July 20 meeting. RSVPs will open at 7 p.m. on June 29 and a location (in or near Forest Hills) will be announced at that time. The book is fiction but is based on the real-life friendship between First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln and her dressmaker, Elizabeth Keckley, a former slave.

Karen
