Learn how you can use the tools of meditation and breath to take you to a calm and centered mind and gain access to an unlimited storehouse of energy. Our free 1h workshops will introduce you to the Art of Living Courses and give you an experience of meditation and breath work.

I Stand For Peace - Meditation

I stand for peace is a movement for both inner personal peace & outer world peace. Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation and short breathing exercise for calm and relaxation.

An experienced Art of Living volunteer will lead a short breathing exercise and guided meditation. Studies show regular meditation can reduce anxiety and bring personal calm. Facilitated by Art of Living NYC a community for educational and self-development courses including breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and practical wisdom for daily living.
