Greetings!
By now many people are beginning to size up their New
Year's resolution options. Have you thought about it
yet?
Realize that any time is a good time for a
resolution. Yet the New Year is as good a time as any to
gently move into the soul space with heartfelt motivation
and shift your consciousness in such a way as to produce
transformation. Resolutions work because they traverse
the fine line between intention, will, strength, gentle
trust, and alignment with what is already set in motion by
the universe.
Remember to have some fun in 2009, and most of all
let the music of your heart color your experience with joy
every day.
Let this coming year be better than all the
others.

every day. Always be grateful and give

- Ask for guidance
daily. Ask and it is given!

Be more loving to others and yourself. By
practicing loving yourself, you'll soon be better
at loving others. Don't be afraid to say, "I love you"
often. They are the sweetest words in the
world.
