I've spent years stuffing myself with Chinese food and this week in 
Taiwan has been no exception. My waistline is an excellent example of 
"Chinese heritage". Apart from the occasional burb, I confirm that I 
speak no little or no Chinese.

So let me know if you widen your research to old chaps like me!
