very cool Ciana! I had such a good time yesterday and wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart

i am a sore boy today, lol! but it was everything i expected, and more! i've been training for the upcoming National Veterans Wheelchair Games in Denver and one of my main events is the wheelchair slalom event where you are timed going through an obstacle course full of all kinds of crazy things, ladders, ropes, chains, steps, sand and rocks. kinda like the x games for wheelchairs. anyway, i usually get gold or silver competing against other vets across the nation. competition is fierce but if i can roll that course yesterday i think i'll be ok.

i would like to write an article for our volunteer newsletter @ the VA and would like to have as much info as u can provide.
a little about your org.
first and last names of all involved and titles from wilderness
25th annual wheel 2 the sea?
kiwanis post?
etc.

that would great . . . you guys rock!!!
