This group offers a supportive place of community that encourages you to connect t and listen to, honor, and trust your inner truth as well as connect with other women on their own unique spiritual paths. 

We'll explore ways to listen, meditate, practice energy consciousness like yoga, tai chi, we will explore our chakra systems and how balance those, as well as explore spiritual practices that support, your own truth and intuition. All spiritual practices are welcome, whether they be religious or irrelligious, traditional or atraditional. We encourage you to be who you are. Do what you came here to do.
