Is a Who's Hiring and Who's Looking thread useful?

Hey Techies,

I consider helping people find jobs as part of our mission, as well as connecting good places to work with our members.

Would it be useful to have a "Who's Hiring?" and a "Who's Looking?" email thread?

How often would it be useful? Once a week? Once a month? Never?

Thanks for your feedback,
Kyle
