Re: [php-46] Places for Renting/Borrowing a room for[masked] people + Projector screen?

I know that the Banyo Bowls Club Inc (07)[masked] has a large dining/meeting room which will suit 50+ people. Unfortunately they don't have a data projector.

The contact there is Brett Johnston. The club doesn't open until 12pm most days but they can make an exception.

Chris, thanks a bunch. It's been added to our list of consideration.

Any other takers? We're also hoping for more of an informal location (forgot to mention in the initial email), so that would be a bonus if the place is more run-down, figuratively speaking.

Best regards,

Hello there,

I've got a friend who wants to do an artist meet-up event that will likely to have 50+ attendances. Does anyone know a good place for such a scale? It needs to have chairs and tables. A bar (optional) would be even better, or some kind of beverage service. But I'm really out of ideas and am looking for brains.

The projector will be used for presenting live paintings and artworks. We're also looking to rent or borrow a projector, if anyone could lend a hand.

If you got a suggestion please let me know.

Kindest regards,

Ching-Yun "Xavier" Ho, Technical Artist
