VENUE UPDATE: There have been some issues at the Precinct with access through the main entrance. Access can be found via Brunswick St Mall or the two entrances on Duncan St (Chinatown). I'll attach a map to the event for more details.

Facilitating engaging and productive meetings can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. Lego Serious Play, a unique and innovative facilitation methodology, offers a fun and interactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. This presentation will introduce Lego Serious Play and explore how it can inject creativity, collaboration, and enjoyment into facilitation processes, ultimately leading to more effective outcomes and increased participant engagement

What is Lean Coffee?

Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated. More info via: http://leancoffee.org/

What will we talk about?

We will have a general theme around Agile given we're the Agile Brisbane Meetup, but really Lean Coffee is about having discussions with others in the community, asking questions, sharing stories and knowledge, and supporting each other in our day to day roles.

When do we meet?

Brisbane Lean Coffee meets once a month, generally for the Last Friday of each month

What do I need to bring?
