With a background from management studies, 10 years as working professionally in misc consultant, project lead, software engineer, scrum master, and now head of engineering at eZ Systems. On spare time biking, skiing, cooking and working.

A look at what eZ Platform brings of value to users and developers, from a modern UI on top of the most flexible Content Repository, how to query it’s data store and power those queries with Solr and PHP7 for great performance, and also how you can scale it out.

Christian Flothmann - Die Dokumentation braucht dich:

Qualitativ hochwertiger Code ist nur die halbe Miete für ein erfolgreiches Software-Projekt. Ebenso wichtig ist eine gut lesbare, konsistente, verständliche Dokumentation, die neuen Entwicklern den Einstieg erleichtert und alten Hasen eine Referenz zum Nachschlagen bietet. Genauso wie der Code lebt auch die Symfony-Dokumentation von der Mithilfe vieler freiwilliger Helfer. In meinem Vortrag werde ich die Geschichte der Dokumentation vorstellen, in die verwendete Technologie einführen und anhand von Beispielen zeigen, dass es jedem einfach möglich ist, zur Verbesserung der Dokumentation und damit dem Erfolg des gesamten Symfony-Projektes beizutragen.
